Subject: Sinch Dashboard Support Is Moving to a New System on July 1st
Dear Customer,
Starting July 1, 2025, Sinch Dashboard support will move to a new ticketing platform – Zendesk. This change will help us deliver faster, more integrated, and user-friendly support.
Here’s what’s new:
· Submit and track tickets directly in the Sinch Dashboard · No Atlassian login needed anymore · Access support.sinch.com if you don’t use the dashboard · All replies will come from support@sinch.com (please whitelist this address)
What happens to existing tickets? Tickets submitted before July 1st will still be handled in our previous system and responses will come from jira-sw@sinch.com until resolved.
